Account deletion

Delete your LockIn account

You can request deletion of your LockIn account and associated LockIn data from inside the app or by contacting support.

Request deletion in the app

Open LockIn, go to Settings, choose Manage account, open Privacy and data, then choose Delete account. Type DELETE when prompted to confirm the request.

Request deletion outside the app

Email sebastian@rework.no from the email address connected to your LockIn account. Include "Delete my LockIn account" in the subject so we can identify the request.

Data deleted

Account deletion is intended to delete or anonymize LockIn-owned account data, including profile data, LockIn schedules, selected locked apps, allowances, proof-mode settings, proof records, session history, daily stats, push tokens, queued analytics tied to the account, and LockIn subscription entitlement rows.

Proof photos that are stored remotely for verification or support are intended to be retained for a short period, normally up to 7 days, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, platform, or compliance reasons. Subscription and purchase records handled by Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other store providers may also remain subject to those providers' policies.

Timing

In-app deletion should begin immediately when the request is confirmed. Email requests are reviewed manually. We aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days unless a different period is required by law or needed to verify the request.
